  2. I like the way you think. We also save vegetable peels and trimmings to throw in the broth. There is always a container going in the freezer. If you are roasting something, putting the trimmings, leftover herb stems etc underneath will get your broth off to a great start!

    1. Thanks so much 🙂 Great idea about roasting! I’ll definitely try tucking some scraps under chicken the next time I roast it. My vegetable scrap container in the freezer is pretty much bursting and I need to use some of it up.
