Vegan Buttermilk Made With Soy Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • scant cup soy milk

Instructions

  • Place 1 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice or vinegar in a measuring cup. Fill the cup with soy milk up to the 1 cup mark. Stir. Set the milk mixture aside for a few minutes to thicken and curdle.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate any leftovers for up to a week.
